Digiflavor Helix Starter Kit Intro
The Digiflavor Helix is a single 18650 variable voltage starter kit for sub-ohmers.
What is it?
The Digiflavor Helix Starter Kit is an ultra-lightweight starter kit which is made primarily of ABS material.
The Helix MOD works with a single 18650 battery which is easily replaced by pulling off the back panel.
It features an AS Chipset for fast firing and stable performance but is a simple variable voltage device. It has only has three modes to select from using the single fire button, which are; 3.2V, 3.4V or Bypass.
The Helix currently comes paired with either the Cerberus sub-ohm tank or the disposable Lumi tank recently released by sister company Geekvape with the Lucid Kit.
The Lumi Tank is 24mm in diameter and comes in either a 2ml (TPD) or 4ml juice capacity. It features innovative Supermesh coil system (non-replaceable) to provide fast heating and outstanding flavor and vapor production. The Supermesh coils are a Kanthal mesh at 0.3ohm with a recommended wattage of 30-45w.
The Helix Starter Kit is available in Black, Orange, Green, and White.
Who is it for?
The Helix Mod could be suitable for anyone one looking for a simple, compact device and could actually pair quite nicely with some MTL tanks. The Kit as a whole is more suitable to starter sub-ohm vapers.

We don’t see too many devices from Digiflavor, and this is an interesting and slightly different angle to take with a starter kit.
I really like the look of the Helix device and appreciate the fact that it takes a removable single 18650 battery. I could see it pairing well with a collection of MTL tanks to provide an all-day portable carry around.
The Helix Kit as a collective is only going to appeal to certain types of vapers, those that really want the simplest entry into sub-ohm vaping.
Still, it’s good to see that the Helix Mod will also be sold separately or paired with the Cerberus tank.
Personally, I don’t completely understand this new trend to move to disposable tanks rather than just replaceable coils, but I guess it could be useful for those with dexterity issues.
As for how good the Supermesh coils will perform compared to the traditional sub-ohm tanks for flavor and lifespan, we’ll have to wait and see.
