Tall, skinny and shiny
The Eleaf Basal may be compact, but it’s tall, maybe too tall and this is due to the height of the GS Basal tank. Although it’s narrow at just 15mm diameter which will be limiting if you wanted to swap it out, but then whose to say you’d want to if it turns out to be a pretty good tank. With a power output of 30 watts, this is going to sit in the starter kit category.
The interface is easy with a big battery bar and only variable wattage and no temperature control. You can choose just one parameter on the screen from either voltage, puff time or total puffs. Its equipped with a 1500mAh internal battery and 2A charging which should make it a quick recharge.
Having said all that, its good to see something different, tall shiny and appealing to starter vapers. Its simple inexpensive and perfect to entice a smoker with its shiny shiny.
