Hellvape Rebirth RTA | Preview

The Hellvape Rebirth RTA is a collaboration between Hellvape and Mike Vapes, transitioning their popular RDA into a rebuildable tank format.

However, it’s not just a straight-up copy the RDA build deck design and stick it into an RTA.

The Rebirth RTA deck has a 2 post build deck for dual coils with airflow pillars either side for you to position your coils over. The airflow holes on each of the pillars has a honeycomb effect to make sure smooth airflow.

The airflow for the Rebirth RTA can be adjusted using the bottom airflow control ring, which has dual inlets.

The top cap on the Rebirth RTA is completely removable with a quarter turn. It’s interesting to see they went with a fully removing refill system, instead of the now more popular slide-to-fill methods. There are fewer mechanics so less can go wrong, like accidental openings.

The Rebirth RTA comes in two capacities, a standard straight glass with 2ml capacity (TPD compliant), and a bubble glass with a 5ml capacity.

There are 8 colors to choose from – Purple, Black, Rainbow, Stainless Steel, Blue, Gold, Gun Metal, and All Black.

It’s no surprise to see another popular RDA make its way into a rebuildable tank version.

Personally, I’d like to see some new designs. But I guess that’s easier said than done, as it seems to be getting harder and harder to be original nowadays.

I was a big fan of the Rebirth RDA, so it will be interesting to see just how well this performs in a tank version and whether the changes to the build deck make it just as easy to use.

Mike Vapes has been pretty prolific at designing atomizers, and he doesn’t usually put his name to anything of poor quality.

That being said, there are a lot of great dual coil RTA’s on the market, so it’s got a fight on its hands to make a dent in that market.
