The Kros Nano is a high-capacity disposable vape from a company that’s relatively new to the disposable market.
However, don’t let that put you off, as it’s clearly set its sights on dethroning the popular Elfbar.
The Kros Nano features a rechargeable 650mAh battery and can deliver 5000+ puffs per device.
It comes pre-filled with 13ml of salt-based nicotine juice at 5% (50mg) and uses a 1.2Ω Mesh Coil to deliver a punchy flavor.
The Kros Nano is available in a choice of 7 flavors: Banana Straw, Energy, Maui Mango Ice, Strawberry Watermelon, Summer Berry Ice, Tropical Punch, and Watermelon Ice.

Design & Style
The Kros Nano has a very familiar form factor that works well for a high-capacity disposable.
It’s a short and boxy design, which is highly reminiscent of the OG MiPod devices.
The mouthpiece sits on the top left-hand side of the device and is a short duck-billed style. While it’s not the best I’ve used for MTL vaping, it is comfortable and suits the style of the device.
The whole device is very lightweight, and although it has a boxy shape, it’s still comfortable to conceal in the palm of your hand. This is aided by the slightly slimmer backend of the device, which also has a ribbed effect.
The finish on the main body of the Kros Nano is very good. It’s a slightly soft matte body which makes it incredibly tactile.
The whole body section is color coded to the flavor profile within the device. Some are just one color, while others have that two-tone gradient we’ve seen on recent Elfbars.
It’s implemented well here, and the ‘Kros Nano’ branding is not too obtrusive on the side of the device.
On the back edge of the disposable, you have the flavor and nicotine percentage written in white print. Again, it could be more subtle, but it doesn’t detract from the device’s overall look.
You have a small LED light on the base, along with an airflow hole. The USB-C port for charging the 650mAh internal battery is also located on the base and is neatly tucked away at the back.
I think the Kros Nano has a good overall design, and while it’s not as curvy and modern as some other disposables. There’s something about that short MiPod style form factor that’s really great use.
A tropical fruit mix that’s hard to pick out each individual flavor, but it’s well blended. I think there’s a hint of Passion Fruit and Mango within there, and overall it’s a light fruity vape. It has a fair bit of cooling, which adds to the refreshingness.
Maui Mango Ice
A lovely juicy, authentic Mango flavor greets you in the inhale. It’s sweet but not overpowering and very tasty. It’s then followed by a good balance of ice effect from the cooling agent—a favorite for me.
The prominent flavor is Banana, and it’s a really good one. It’s sweet and leans more towards the candy style of Banana, but the sweet tones of strawberry underneath perfectly accompany it. Another strong fruity vape. This one has minimal cooling.
Summer Berry Ice
A bit like the Tropical Punch, it’s a good mix of summer berries, but it’s hard to pick out individual fruits. Instead, the sweet berries are blended well and hit you straight away from the inhale. It’s then followed by an icy lift from the cooling agent.
Performance & Verdict
The Kros Nano is not messing about and has definitely come to play.
The 1.2Ω Mesh Coil and excellent auto-draw trigger ensure you get an instant flavorful hit. I haven’t noticed a single splutter or misfire in my time using them.
The draw is comparable to an Elfbar as it sits on the medium to tight MTL side. However, it’s very smooth and works well with the nicotine hit that’s delivered from the Nano.
I was really impressed with the flavors that we tested. Kros has a really good balance of not making them overly sweet but giving you enough punchiness to excite.
The flavor profiles are also very accurate, with the ‘Maui Mango Ice’ being a particular favorite of mine and, dare I say, better than the Elfbar equivalent.
There are a few ‘Ice’ flavors that might lean a little too heavily on the cooling, but that’s often the case with disposables. Fortunately, there are enough options here without that icy effect.
The Kros Nano’s 650mAh battery does a good job of lasting before it needs a recharge (charge times are typical for a disposable). The Nano’s also go the distance with regards to hitting the advertised 5000 puffs per bar, which is great.
Overall I’ve been mightily impressed with the Kros Nano, and it’s definitely taken the fight to Elfbar with its performance. I hope they start to expand their flavor options because I’ve really enjoyed the few that we’ve tested.
