The Lost Vape Orion Bar 7500 has a very unique and stylish design.
We recently reviewed the iJOY Punk disposables, and there are some similarities in the out-there eye-catching graphics on both devices.
However, the Orion Bar opts for a compact and boxy format. Thankfully it’s not all sharp edges, as one side has a nice curve to it, so it sits perfectly in the palm of your hand.
The body of the Orion Bar 7500 is transparent plastic. Beneath the main body, you see the section that contains the pre-filled juice and coil covered in funky artwork.
You will also notice in those funky designs the written flavor profile and a tiny picture of it (like a watermelon slice or Banana Cake).
Lost Vape has made a design choice to have a clear divide between the main body and the battery section of the internals. Which definitely gives it some individual styling.
The battery section contains the Orion Bar branding along with some extensions of the funky design.
Both the main internals are joined together at the base by a solid piece of colored plastic. This bright-colored section matches the flavor profile of the juice inside (Green for Apple, etc.).
On the base of the Orion Bar 7500, you have a USB-C port for recharging, an LED light to show the battery status, and an adjustable airflow switch.
The airflow switch has good resistance and stays in place when moved, allowing you to adjust between restricted DTL and MTL airflow.
Lost Vape has also been quite particular about the design of the mouthpiece for the Orion Bar. It’s very similar to a pod mouthpiece with its flat duck-billed style but is relatively long with a decent size bore to cater to MTL and DTL draws.
Overall I really like the design format of the Orion Bar 7500. While I’m not overly keen on the funky designs, I can certainly see how they will appeal to others.
It’s also worth noting the build quality of the Orion Bar is excellent, and I love that Lost Vape put as much care into the design of the packaging as the devices themselves.
The watermelon flavor is pleasantly sweet and juicy, while the cooling provides a tantalizing twist. Full of flavor and refreshingly cool, essentially like eating a slice of ice-cold watermelon for a blast of flavor that will leave you feeling refreshed and satisfied.
This vape juice has a sweet and creamy banana cake base with rich butter notes to round it out. This flavor is perfect for those who love the taste of banana-flavored treats but want something more subtle and sophisticated.
Sour Apple Ice
This sour apple vape flavor is tart and tangy, with a crisp taste on the palate. Inhale for the tart taste of green apples, followed by the refreshing cooling sensation on the exhale. This is the one for you if you’re in the market for a bitter and sour-apple-flavored vape.
This delectable combination tastes like freshly squeezed grapes with a hint of cooling aloe on exhale. The initial grape flavor is tart and juicy, making your mouth water. The smooth and refreshing aftertaste lingers pleasantly on the tongue.
This flavor is exactly what it sounds like: a refreshing, minty vape that’s smooth and cool. It has a light, sweet flavor with hints of spearmint for added sparkle. On inhale, you’ll experience the wonderful coolness of the mint, followed by a spearmint taste on exhale.
This flavor is ideal for summer vaping, with a perfect balance of tart kiwi and sweet strawberries. The juicy kiwi flavor provides a refreshing citrus note balanced by the dessert-like strawberry punch.
This vape gives you the mixed fruit flavor of those hard-shelled chewy sweets with a candy taste that is a mouth-wateringly juicy medley of all those different fruit flavors. The sweet yet sour combination creates an irresistible flavor that keeps you returning for more.
A delicious blend of tart and sweet blueberry flavor with a hint of ripe raspberry. It has an incredibly smooth, subtle taste that is sure to please the palate. The vapor produced by this juice is thick and full-bodied yet still light enough so it won’t overpower your senses.
A sweet and sour combination of fresh pineapple and zesty lemonade. This delivers a pleasant and enjoyable experience that leaves you feeling refreshed. The tantalizing combination of tart lemons and sweet pineapples makes for a delicious experience.
I am more than impressed with the performance of the Orion Bar 7500; they seem to tick just about every box for me.
The auto-draw trigger on the device is perfect, with almost instantaneous firing.
The draw is super smooth, and for once, we have adjustable airflow that actually works on a disposable. So you can get it down to a tight MTL draw or what I would call a relatively restricted DTL draw.
The real transcending part of its performance comes with excellent flavor profiles and mesh coils that just make them sing.
I’m a little disappointed that there’s no mention of the coil’s resistance inside the Orion Bar from Lost Vape. But it’s definitely of the mesh variety because the flavors are just so damn good on each of these.
Lost Vape has done a really good job of balancing the ice flavors with just enough cooling agent without being too overpowering and making sure the sweet flavors shine through without becoming too sickly.
There also seems to be a perfect mix of flavor options (unless you are a tobacco lover), and I’m looking forward to trying the rest of the range.
The 650mAh internal battery does an excellent job of getting you through a day of vaping. It doesn’t have the fastest recharge time at around 90 minutes, but that seems par for the course with disposables.
The Blue LED light on the base stays lit while charging and will switch off when it’s completed.
The 18ml of pre-filled juice saw me through about a week’s worth of vaping (and approximately 5 recharges). While I’m not quite sure if this met the full 7500 puffs, I’d say it’s relatively close and nothing to complain about.
Lost Vape has done an excellent job with the Orion Bar 7500.
It has a unique compact design with very good build quality and can deliver a satisfying MTL and restricted DTL draw.
Most significantly, it delivers genuinely outstanding flavor from the excellent flavor profiles on offer. So much so that I’d class it as one of the best I’ve tried this year (and I’ve tried a lot of disposables!)
If you are looking to try out some new disposable vapes. Definitely give the Orion Bar 7500’s a try – I promise you won’t be disappointed.
