Uwell Valyrian Sub-Ohm Tank Intro
Uwell is placing a lot of effort into the marketing of the latest sub ohm tank, with promotional videos like this one – claiming “In every man’s heart there is a Valyrian.”
Ok, great, but what does that mean? And is the tank actually any good? We hope Uwell have put as much thought and creativity into the design of the tank as they have with the naming and marketing.

Strong by name, Strong by Nature?
So why did Uwell go for the name ‘Valyrian’ and does the tank reflect any characteristics of this name?
Well, I’m sure you Game of Thrones fans out there will know ‘Valyrian Steel’ is an incredibly strong form of metal which was “forged in the days of the mighty Valyrian Freehold”. So what does that mean? Well not much really, only that hopefully the Valyrian Tank’s stainless steel construction, will hopefully be as sturdy and robust as it’s namesake.
The Valyrian is a 25 mm diameter atomizer with a 5 mL capacity and an easy refill flip-top cap. It comes in a vast amount of striking colors. The tank is also designed to accommodate an extended 8 mL capacity e-liquid reservoir, which is sold separately.
A unique aspect of this tank is that it comes with three different types of inner coil pin, which can be swapped out to allow different airflow combinations. They are aptly named the; “spiral-type,” “wave-type” and “unrestricted-type.” They are tailored toward the high power ranges of 95 to 200 watts.
Uwell seem to be extremely confident with what they have produced in the Valyrian tank; they even state in their product by-line “Everything is Special.” Is the Valyrian going to outclass the Crown 3, and will it live up to all the hype? We’ll wait to get our hands on one for a full review.
