Vandy Vape Maze Sub Ohm BF RDA Intro
Vandy Vape has taken a new path to the first pre-built sub ohm bottom feed (BF) RDA. Which provides compatibility with both mechanical and regulated mods and at the same time trying to solve the puzzle of safety with a new build-deck using a maze coil.
What Is it?
The Maze is a 24mm sub ohm RDA which includes a bottom feed pin making it regulated and mechanical mod compatible. It uses a Maze coil which differentiates it from conventional RDA’s providing greater safety and compatibility.
The Vandy Vape Maze tank features a top filling system and distinctive airflow design, which can prevent spit-back of juice. It adopts five difference airflow directions to offer an ultra smooth vaping experience. The Maze coils are available in 0.2-ohm resistance and support 50-100W output wattage, with the best wattage standing in the 70-80w range.
The Vandy Vape is available in Matte Black, Stainless Steel, Gold and Rainbow.
Who is it for?
The Maze is for beginners moving into sub ohm vaping who should start with safety as a priority. Its also for sub ohm vapers that require the convenience of build with benefits of flavor.

Are you someone who stomps around with a backpack full of wire and tools? Or do you carry a spare coil in your pocket?
The Vandy Vape Maze is yet again another product that is going to divide the vaping camp with the question of cost versus the convenience of using pre-built coils.
More importantly, I have a complaint straight out of the box, if you can’t rebuild it then it’s not an RDA – Rebuildable Dripping Atomizer… I just wish they’d used the proper terminology.
I can hear the naysayers… I don’t get why you wouldn’t just wrap them…? Coils last longer as you mostly just re-wick them and cotton is cheap. You have an endless range of different arrangements and amount of wraps… You can fine-tune your favorite resistance.
I make my own coils for most things when am not being lazy. It puts me in a calming state. I do have an exception at work with my go to mods, as I have some stock pre-built coils for one of the tanks as work can be hectic.
Anyone producing pre-built coils is just appealing to beginners and those of us who are lazy and need convenience. It also comes down to flavor or clouds. If a pre-build can hit the mark with one of these, then it stands a chance of guiding some vapers down a different path.
The Vandy Vape might just do this with its densely heating Maze coil and five different airflow directions. If the experience is as smooth as they suggest and it also prevents spit-back of juice. It’s an exciting concept, and I bet it would be great for those who want a rebuildable style experience but either aren’t ready to start building or are lazy.
