Product Description
The VOOPOO NAVI x Cyph Kit 80K is one of the more interesting propositions to land on my desk this year — a refillable pod system that’s doing its best impression of a disposable vape, and pulling it off surprisingly well.
At its core, the NAVI is a two-piece device: a 1500mAh battery section and a 12ml pod that snap together magnetically. That enormous pod capacity is the whole point. Paired with the included 30ml bottle of Cyph Salts (5% / 50mg/ml), the kit is designed to give you everything you need out of the box — no separate e-liquid purchase required, no hunting for compatible coils. Just fill up and vape.
The concept is clearly aimed at disposable users who want to make the switch to something more sustainable without sacrificing the plug-and-play simplicity they’re used to. VOOPOO have leaned hard into that brief. The NAVI is shaped like a disposable, sized like a disposable, and with its whistle-style mouthpiece and auto-draw firing, it even behaves like one. The one extra step is filling — and with a 12ml tank, that’s about as infrequent as it gets.
It’s a clever bit of positioning. Rather than asking disposable users to learn an entirely new device category, VOOPOO have built something that meets them where they are. Whether the execution lives up to the concept is another question — and that’s what we’re here to find out.

Design & Build Quality
Pick up the VOOPOO NAVI x Cyph Kit and your first instinct is going to be the same as mine — this looks exactly like a disposable. That’s not an accident. VOOPOO have engineered the NAVI from the ground up to mimic the form factor that tens of millions of vapers already have muscle memory for, and they’ve done it with a level of build quality you simply don’t find in single-use devices.
The overall shape is short, wide, and pillow-like — 86mm tall by 51mm wide, with softly rounded edges that make it comfortable to hold for long periods. There are no hard corners digging into your palm, no awkward seams catching your thumb. It just sits there naturally, like it belongs in your hand. At 80g it’s light enough to forget about in your pocket, which is no small thing for a device carrying this much e-liquid capacity.

The device splits into two distinct halves that you’d never suspect from the outside. The bottom half is the battery section, finished in a matte metal shell that gives it a premium, solid feel. Running along one full edge of the battery section is a large, bright, full-colour digital display — more on that in Features — and sitting just above it is the mode button. The USB-C charging port is also located here, tucked neatly into the metal body.
The top half is the pod, and it’s almost entirely plastic — but don’t let that put you off. VOOPOO have used tough, solid-feeling materials throughout, and the pod section never feels hollow or cheap. The upper portion of the pod is a fully transparent tank, which gives you a clear view of your remaining e-liquid at all times. No guessing, no squinting at a screen indicator — you just look at it. Below the transparent section is a solid base that houses the coil and the airflow system, with an adjustable slider sitting on the very bottom of the pod.

What really ties the two halves together — and what genuinely impressed me — is the magnetic connection between them. The fit is near-perfect. There’s no wobble, no flex, and no give once the two pieces are locked together. The magnets are strong enough that the assembled device feels like a single cohesive unit rather than two components held together by hope. It also only connects in one orientation, which removes any fumbling around when reassembling after a fill. Most users would never suspect a two-piece design at all.
At the top of the device sits a whistle-style mouthpiece — the classic disposable silhouette — which completes the illusion convincingly. It’s comfortable on the lips and feels secure during use.

Color options are handled in a way that reinforces the disposable aesthetic further. There are 12 color variants available, each tied to the flavor of Cyph Salts included in the kit, and they lean hard into the bright, saturated palette you’d expect — vivid blues, bold reds, sharp greens. There are no understated gunmetal or all-black options here. If that sounds garish, consider the audience: these are colors designed to appeal to disposable users, and in that context they make perfect sense.
One minor complaint worth flagging is the airflow slider, which sits on the base of the pod section. It works, and the adjustability it provides is genuinely useful, but it’s slightly loose — not enough to shift during normal use, but enough that it doesn’t inspire confidence the way the rest of the hardware does. It’s a small thing, but noticeable given how tight everything else feels.
Overall, the build quality of the NAVI punches well above its price point. The matte metal battery section, the solid plastic pod, the near-seamless magnetic assembly — none of it feels like a $20 device. VOOPOO have built something reusable that genuinely looks and feels like a premium disposable, which is exactly what they were going for. Mission accomplished.
Features
The NAVI keeps its feature set simple, and rightly so. The headline is the 12ml pod paired with an included 30ml bottle of Cyph Salts — together they set you up for weeks of vaping straight out of the box with no extra purchases needed.
The 30ml bottle fills the pod roughly 2.5 times over, and a single pod comfortably handled over 40ml in my testing before flavor started to fade. The fill port sits on the face that connects to the battery, so you’ll need to pull the two halves apart to top up — a minor step, but worth knowing. If you want to run your own e-liquids rather than Cyph Salts, the pod handles that without issue.
Beyond the capacity, everything else is exactly what a disposable user would expect: a draw-activated auto-fire that responds instantly, a full-colour display showing battery level and mode at a glance (with a satisfying animation on each draw and during charging), and a single button that toggles between Normal and Turbo modes.

Normal runs a cooler, lighter draw ideal for all-day use; Turbo cranks up the wattage for warmer vapor and a fuller hit, at the cost of roughly half the battery runtime.
The adjustable airflow slider on the base of the pod gives you an open draw or a tighter MTL depending on preference — though fully closed is too restricted to be usable in practice.
USB-C charging at 2A is quick, with a 25% top-up taking around ten minutes. The only notable omission is pass-through charging. And because the pod contains no battery, only the pod gets discarded when it’s spent — a cleaner, more sustainable approach than throwing away the whole device.
Flavors
The Cyph Salts lineup that ships with the NAVI is clearly built with one audience in mind — disposable users. These are the flavors that have dominated the disposable market for the past few years: ice fruits, candy blends, and the kind of approachable, crowd-pleasing profiles that new vapers gravitate toward.
If you were hoping for something left-field or adventurous, this isn’t that. But for what it’s trying to do — make the transition from disposables feel completely seamless — the flavor selection makes perfect sense. All twelve variants come in at 5% (50mg/ml) nicotine strength, which is the only option available at launch.
Available Flavors: White Gummy, Watermelon Ice, Strawberry Mango, Sour Apple, Blueberry Ice, Rainbow, Pink Lemonade, Miami Mint, Mexican Mango, Juice Peach, Fcuking FAB, Blue Razz Ice.
Fcuking FAB
I’ll be upfront — Fcuking FAB is not typically a flavor I reach for. Most versions I’ve tested lean too heavily on that familiar candy mixed-fruit base, and after a while they all start to blur into one. So I came into this one with low expectations. The Cyph Salts version caught me off guard.
What separates this from the standard Fcuking FAB formula is a bold citrus element that pushes through right from the first draw and refuses to take a back seat. There’s still that signature sweet, mixed-fruit foundation underneath, but it’s the citrus — bright, juicy, and sharp — that defines the experience here. It reads to me like red grapefruit, though I wouldn’t stake everything on that. Whatever it is, it cuts through the sweetness in a way that keeps the flavor honest and stops it turning cloying. It’s the only Fcuking FAB I’ve genuinely enjoyed, and that’s not something I expected to be writing.
Blue Razz Ice
Blue Razz Ice is one of the most replicated flavors in the disposable category, which means the bar for standing out is high and most versions don’t clear it. This one does.
The balance is what sets it apart. The blue raspberry delivers natural sweetness with just enough tartness to stop it feeling flat, while the cooling is measured — refreshing rather than numbing. It doesn’t pretend to taste like fresh fruit, but it avoids the overly synthetic edge that drags down cheaper versions of this profile. Easy to vape all day, and one of the better Blue Razz Ice renditions I’ve come across.
Performance
This is where the NAVI x Cyph Kit makes its strongest argument — and where VOOPOO’s decision to position this as a disposable alternative really gets put to the test. A device can look the part and tick every spec box, but if the vape itself doesn’t deliver, none of the rest of it matters. Fortunately, it delivers.
Draw & Airflow
The auto-draw fires without hesitation. No delay, no ramp-up, no dead draws — you inhale and it’s immediately there. That responsiveness is exactly what disposable users expect, and the NAVI doesn’t disappoint. The draw is quiet and clean throughout testing — no popping, gurgling, or spitting at any point, which is worth noting for a device carrying this much liquid.
The airflow slider gives you a genuinely useful range. Fully open produces a loose, airy draw for those who like a relaxed vape. The middle position tightens things into solid MTL territory with enough resistance to feel intentional. Fully closed is effectively off-limits — the restriction is too severe to draw through comfortably — so in practice you’re choosing between two usable settings. Most vapers will land on one quickly and stay there.

Normal vs Turbo Mode
The gap between Normal and Turbo is real and meaningful — this isn’t a case of two modes that feel virtually identical. Normal mode produces cooler, lighter vapor with a cleaner flavor delivery, and it’s the better choice for extended sessions. Turbo shifts the experience noticeably — warmer vapor, denser clouds, a fuller throat hit, and more intensity across the board. At 5% nic salt, Turbo really earns its keep for heavier vapers.
I found myself gravitating toward Turbo more often than not, though Normal is far from a compromise. Lighter vapers coming straight from low-powered disposables will feel at home in Normal. Those who want a bit more authority will appreciate having Turbo available.
Flavor & Coil Performance
The 0.6Ω dual mesh coil is the engine behind the NAVI’s flavor, and it’s a strong performer. Flavor is clean and consistent from the very first draw, holding steady well into the pod’s lifespan. One pod ran through upwards of 40ml in my testing with only a minor fade toward the end — nothing that made a replacement feel urgent. For a pod at this price, that longevity is genuinely impressive.
VOOPOO’s coil work has been a consistent strength recently, and the NAVI benefits from it. The flavor output holds its own against the best disposables on the market — which, given who this device is aimed at, is exactly the benchmark it needed to clear.

Battery Life & Charging
The 1500mAh battery gives the NAVI a clear advantage over disposables in real-world runtime. Normal mode delivers close to two full days from a single charge for regular vapers. Turbo cuts that roughly in half, landing around a day of heavier use. Solid numbers either way.
It’s worth noting that the 1500mAh rating is a touch optimistic — real-world testing came in closer to 1135mAh, just within acceptable industry margins. A 1400mAh rating would have been more accurate, though the runtime holds up regardless.
One genuinely useful quirk: at 1% battery, there’s typically another 25 puffs left before it’s truly dead — a small but handy buffer that many disposables and pod vapes don’t offer. Charging via USB-C at 2A is quick, with a full charge taking around 80 minutes and a 25% top-up done in roughly ten. No pass-through charging, so plan accordingly.
Overall
The NAVI x Cyph Kit vapes like a device that costs considerably more than it does. Instant auto-draw, consistent coil performance, meaningful dual-mode adjustability, and strong battery life — all in a package that sits around $20. For a device aimed squarely at disposable users, the performance bar was always going to be set by the best single-use devices on the market. The NAVI clears it comfortably.

Verdict
The VOOPOO NAVI x Cyph Kit 80K is a genuinely impressive piece of kit that does exactly what it sets out to do. It takes the simplicity and familiarity of a disposable and packages it into something reusable, more sustainable, and better performing — without asking the user to learn an entirely new way of vaping. The all-inclusive approach is smart, the build quality is well above what the price suggests, and the flavor performance is strong enough to go toe-to-toe with the best disposables on the market right now. The cons are real but minor, and none of them undermine what is fundamentally a very well-executed device.
This one is squarely aimed at disposable users who are ready to make the step up to refillables but don’t want the learning curve that usually comes with it. If that’s you, the NAVI x Cyph Kit makes that transition about as painless as it gets.
It’s also a solid option for anyone who’s been vaping for a while but wants something compact, low-maintenance, and fuss-free as a secondary device. It won’t replace a full-featured pod vape for experienced users — but that was never the point. For what it is and who it’s for, it’s close to perfect. Highly recommended.
