The Bottom Line
The Funky Republic Ti7000 is a good high-capacity disposable. It delivers a great vaping experience with accurate and bold flavors. All in a sleek, elegant design. Its killer feature is the LCD displays that show battery & juice levels. However, other than that, it’s a good but not exceptional disposable.
Design & Build Quality
The Ti7000 is an interestingly styled disposable. It has a dual matte and glossy plastic finish, which gives it an elegant appearance.
The top cap and mouthpiece have a smooth gloss, while the lower body has a textured matte look. This contrasts nicely, making it look much more sophisticated than some of the more ‘Funky’ disposables on the market.
In my hand, the Ti7000 feels well-constructed and durable. The plastic doesn’t have a cheap feel or seem prone to scratches.
It’s also very comfortable to hold due to its oval-shaped design that contours nicely to your palm. At 100mm tall and 38mm wide, it’s a reasonably large disposable, but it is relatively lightweight. Making it easy to carry around as a high-capacity disposable.
Branding is tastefully minimal, with simple Funky Republic logos printed on the front and back. The designs and colors vary based on the flavor inside. Most colors look classy, but some brighter options are a bit loud.
The mouthpiece has a basic flat “duck-bill” shape that fits comfortably between your lips. It’s not the most ergonomic, but it gets the job done for a disposable vape.
The USB-C port is on the base, along with the airflow holes.
Sadly, there’s no adjustable airflow, which is a real shame, but the stock draw is pleasant.
The real unique feature of the Ti7000 is its ability to show you the remaining juice and battery on a digital screen.
The hidden LCD display on the front bezel is subtle but still highly visible when in use. Seeing your remaining battery and juice levels is such a welcome feature. Although it only measures them in 10% increments.
I would’ve loved to have seen more granular readouts, but it’s a massive step up in function to a regular disposable.
Overall, the Ti7000 has a solid feel and design, especially for a disposable. The matte/glossy contrast looks nice, and the hidden display is a clever bonus. Besides size, the only real downside is the lack of airflow control.
California Cherry provides a delightful cherry flavor with hints of sweetness. It tastes like fresh ripe cherries – natural and not too candy-like. There’s a pleasant tanginess along with the sweet cherry essence.
Blue Razz Ice
Blue Razz Ice delivers a blast of sugary blue raspberry candy flavor. It’s very sweet with an authentic blue raspberry candy taste. Menthol adds a nice cooling effect on the exhale.
Passionfruit Kiwi Lime
Passionfruit is the dominant flavor here, with its characteristic sweet yet tart taste. Subtle notes of kiwi and lime provide a refreshing tropical vibe. It skirts the edge of oversweetness but remains pleasant.
Pomelo Pearl Grape
This odd flavor combination evokes Welch’s grape juice with added complexity. Pomelo gives it a bitter citrus kick to offset the bold grape sweetness. An unusual but enjoyable profile.
Watermelon Ice is sweet with an authentic watermelon candy flavor. Menthol chills out the finish, balancing the heavy sweetness. Not the most natural watermelon taste, but refreshing overall.
Super Berry tastes like a blend of sweet mixed berries. It’s a candied taste with a cool menthol kick. Probably a mix of blueberry, blackberry, raspberry, and strawberry flavors. A nice, if unsurprising, fruit medley.
Cantaloupe Apple combines light cantaloupe essence with tangy green apple flavor. The apple has an authentic sourness to offset the mellow cantaloupe. An interesting fruit pairing.
Peach Mango Watermelon
Sweet peach is the lead here, with watermelon and subtle mango accents. It’s like biting into a ripe juicy peach. Pleasant if you enjoy sweet fruit mixes.
Peach Pie nails the taste of sweet peaches in a creamy pie. Hints of graham cracker crust add richness. One of the better dessert flavors out there.
Pineapple Coconut Ice
Pineapple Coconut Ice delivers lots of coconut flavor mixed with pineapple undertones. Menthol gives it a medium icy blast. An enjoyable tropical mix.
Pink Bomb explodes with sweet raspberry and grapefruit flavors. Lemon adds zesty citrus notes to the finish. It’s neon candy sweet, but the citrus keeps it from being overbearing.
This aims to capture rainbow candy flavor. It’s very sweet, like Skittles, with a touch of cooling. One for those with a mega sweet tooth.
Strawberry Banana leads with ripe banana flavor and candied strawberry accents. It’s pleasant but could use more strawberry presence to balance the banana.
An island getaway in vapor form. Tropical Island mixes peaches, lemon, and light mango for fruity refreshment. Menthol provides just the right tropical breeze.
Tropical Rainbow Blast
A vaguely tropical candy mix of mixed berries and fruits. Medium sweetness with a touch of cooling. A pleasant, if not wildly original fruit medley.
After testing the Ti7000 as my daily disposable vape for two weeks, I’m impressed by how it delivers. The overall vaping experience matches most other disposables I’ve tried this year.
The flavors really shine and seem to benefit from the proprietary QUAQ coil tech. All the options I tried tasted bold, accurate to their descriptions, and consistent puff after puff.
The California Cherry and Peach Pie were personal standouts for their genuine fruit flavors. But every flavor I tested was enjoyable and lasted without fading.
Vapor production is ample for a compact disposable unit. The 50mg nicotine concentration provides a satisfying throat hit and dense vapor.
My only slight negative is with the auto-draw function.
It works quick and reliably on the inhale, and repeated puffs don’t seem to be an issue, which is great.
However, on 3 out of the 15 disposables I tested, the auto draw seemed to hang on a little too much after the inhale. I could hear it still firing as I pulled the disposable away.
It’s not a major issue, as they stopped, and it doesn’t affect the vape experience. But it’s not something I’ve experienced in more premium brands, so it is worth noting.
However, I’m willing to give them the benefit of the doubt on quality control as we were testing samples that had done a fair bit of traveling.
The draw itself is a medium MTL inhale – which is satisfactory for this type of disposable. However, I would’ve loved to have seen adjustable airflow.
The battery life was good, keeping up with my frequent vaping for a full day before needing a recharge. The 600mAh capacity seems to go farther than expected.
Thankfully, the LCD display notified me of its pending doom, which seemed to be very accurate.
It also meant I didn’t leave the house with a disposable on its last legs of juice – which is the real standout feature of the Ti7000.
By my estimate, the Ti7000 definitely lives up to its 7000 puff rating. I got just over two weeks of continual use out of it before the liquid ran dry.
Overall, the Ti7000 provides an excellent vaping experience on par with the top-shelf disposables. The flavors are accurate, delivering a consistent vape with no dry hits or leaks.
The Funky Republic Ti7000 is a solid addition to the high-capacity disposable vape market.
It delivers satisfying performance on par with top competitors like the Elf Bar.
The flavors are bold, accurate, and consistent – California Cherry and Peach Pie were personal favorites. Vapor production and battery life meet expectations too.
The hidden LCD display showing exact juice and battery levels is a clever innovation not seen on many disposables. I’d love to see this become a standard feature.
While enjoyable to use, there isn’t much else highly unique about the Ti7000 besides the display. The draw, flavors, and longevity match what’s expected from a good disposable in 2023.
That being said, fans of Elf Bar and similar will feel right at home.
