The Geek Bar B5000 is the latest release from the popular disposable vape brand. 

The B5000 is a box-shaped high-capacity disposable. It features 14ml of pre-filled vape juice with 50mg (5%) nicotine strength.

The B5000 has a 650mAh internal battery and can be recharged via USB Type C. 

It uses a mesh coil, and as the name suggests, it can deliver up to 5000 puffs per bar.

Design & Style

The Geek Bar B5000 is an attractive-looking disposable with a very familiar form factor.

It’s a box-shaped device with a very similar layout to the popular Elf Bar 5000 and the recent Zovoo Dragbar B5000 we reviewed here.

Just like the Elf Bar 5000, it has an off-centered mouthpiece. However, the Geek Bar one is slightly flatter and more comfortable in the mouth.

Just like the Dragbar B5000, the Geek Bar B5000 is made up of two different sections. The top quarter of the device is smooth clear plastic, while the bottom has a rubberized matte finish.

This makes the Geek Bar B5000 a delight to hold in the hand, giving it the perfect amount of grip.

It’s also a relatively compact high-capacity disposable measuring in at 80x40x19mm

I like how the devices have a gradient color on the main body, giving it a nice touch of style. 

The colorways match the flavor profiles inside. However, as there are so many flavor options, some are the same color. Thankfully the flavor is printed on the front of the device, along with the Geek Bar branding.

On the base of the Geek Bar B5000, you will find the USB-C port for charging. There is also a small LED light and three airflow strips.

Overall the Geek Bar B5000 are great-looking disposables that are also super comfortable to use.

Lemon Iced Tea

A prominent citrus top note with a tea flavor punch. Like your favorite bottle of iced tea with a cooling twist.

Geekbull Drink Ice

There is no mistaking the bull flavor, which is quite distinctive from other fruity flavors. It kicks you right from the inhale and is a lot more bull than ice.

Strawberry Watermelon Bubblegum

An unmistakable blend of Strawberry and Watermelon, with a subtle hint of bubblegum. The bubblegum is more detectable on the exhale. There’s no cooling with this one, just fruity goodness.

Mamba Ice

A fragrant oriental, fruity flavor. A definite taste of dragon fruit and a hint of Strawberry. No cooling, just a sweet note of exotic fruit salad, and an absolute delight that I could vape all day long.

Fuji Melon Ice

A fruity beach cocktail flavor. It’s predominantly the taste of honeydew Melon, with underlying hints of Apple poking through. A delicate blend of flavors with a refreshing ice kick.

Golden Kiwi Lemon

A distinctly citrus taste surrounds this one, with Kiwi as the supporting act. It’s a delicate blend of flavors that works well, and there’s no aftertaste or cooling. 

Blue Razz Lemonade

A gentle blueberry and raspberry mix, not too overpowering, with a slight citrus cooling flavor on the exhale – a solid option for all those Blue Razz lovers.

Berry Trio Ice

The two main flavors that come through are Blueberry with hints of Raspberry. The third of the trio is hard to distinguish but has a Grape-like quality and is more in the background. There is a subtle refreshing ice effect on the exhale. 

Raspberry Watermelon

Raspberry is the main protagonist here, with the sweet supporting notes of juicy Watermelon coming through on the exhale. This one is very light on the cooling.

Watermelon Bubblegum

An equal mix of Watermelon and bubblegum on the inhale, with the Watermelon pushing through more on the exhale. Combined with a little cooling lift, it’s a refreshing juicy vape.

Watermelon Cherry

Subtle waves of Cherry flavor on the inhale, Watermelon tones on the exhale with a definite cooling sensation all the way through.

Juicy Peach Ice

A definite authentic Peach flavor that delivers a mouthful of succulent sweetness. All supported by a subtle ice accent. It’s not overpowering and tastes light and juicy.

Guava Ice

A strong menthol hit on the inhale with a very little Guava. However, as you work through the vape, the Guava starts to come through and is more present on the exhale. 

Watermelon Strawberry Coconut

The Coconut hits you right off the bat and is the prominent flavor here. The Watermelon shines through in spikes, with Strawberry appearing on the exhale. A very subtle balance of cooling helps the flavors shine through.

Tropical Rainbow Blast

Just like filling your mouth with a handful of Skittles, with sweet juicy bundles of fruity flavor. Hard to distinguish individual fruits, and it also hits you with an intense amount of cooling – this one is a blast.

Performance

Geek Bar has done a fantastic job with these disposables; they deliver on every front.

It’s getting so competitive in the disposable market with devices like this that can now deliver stellar performance.

However, I have to say the Geek Bar B5000 are some of the best disposables I’ve tried this year, right up there with the Dragbars we recently reviewed.

The mesh coils deliver an instant hit of flavor, and the auto draw switch works perfectly. The airflow is also fantastic and smooth throughout the entire vape. 

Like other disposables of this style, the draw leans toward a medium MTL draw. I was easily satisfied with it, and I’m a traditional MTL vaper.

The flavor range of the Geek Bar B5000 is immense. They deliver not just in the number of options but also in the experience.

There were a lot of ‘Ice’ flavors in the samples we tried, and some lean a little heavier on the cooling, like the Tropical Rainbow Blast, which is great for those that like a refreshing vape.

However, the range also has a lot of other flavor profiles that are more mellow on the cooling but still just as good, like the ‘Strawberry Watermelon Bubblegum.’

My favorite from the entire range was the Mamba Ice, which was such a unique and moreish flavor.

The Geek Bar B5000 seem to hold true to the advertised 5000 puffs per bar.

The 650mAh battery also does a good job of making it through a day of use before it needs recharging. Charging is relatively fast, although we have no indication of the actual charge rate supported.

Overall I’ve loved my time with this new line of disposables from Geek Bar. The devices look and feel great, but most importantly, they deliver excellent performance with a vast flavor range.

Verdict

The Geek Bar B5000 disposables are right up there with some of the best I’ve tried this year.

Fortunately, I had the pleasure of trying a large selection of flavors, and none of them disappointed me. And I’m looking forward to trying some more from this range.

The devices look and feel great. However, most importantly, they deliver a fantastic vape experience with a smooth draw and excellent flavor production from the mesh coils.

The Geek Bar B5000 come highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-capacity disposable.
