Lost Vape adds a new high-capacity disposable to its Orion lineup with the Orion Bar 10000.

This bad boy packs a huge 10,000 puff rating and a massive 20mL of juice. And they managed to cram that into a pretty compact chassis.

Power comes from a 650mAh battery that uses USB-C fast charging to keep you vaping. The 1.0Ω mesh coil aims to output consistent, satisfying flavor.

The Orion Bar 10000 comes with an LED display to show the remaining batter and juice levels. The Orion Bar 10000 comes pre-filled with 50mg nicotine salts and is available in 10 flavors (see below).

Pros

  • Compact ergonomic design
  • Solid build quality
  • Excellent battery life
  • Huge 20mL juice capacity
  • Accurate fruit flavor profiles
  • Fantastic flavor delivery
  • Smooth and consistent auto-draw (MTL)
  • Display screen for battery & juice levels
  • USB-C fast charging

Cons

  • Flavor fades faster in the last 20% of liquid
  • Autodraw is not great for restrictive DL
  • Falls a little short of the 10,000 puffs
  • No pass-through charging

The Bottom Line

The Orion Bar 10000 is an excellent high-capacity disposable. It falls a little short of the advertised puff count, and even though it has adjustable airflow, the auto-draw is not great for restrictive DL vaping. But it does deliver tremendous flavor, and the flavor profiles are extremely accurate. The LED screen is also precise and well-implemented.

Lost Vape Orion Bar 10000 Review

Design & Build Quality

I’m not entirely sold on the design of the Orion Bar 1000. There are things I like and equally things I dislike about it.

The visuals are a little too bright and bold and perhaps a little too enticing to teenagers for my liking.

I would’ve preferred it to be a little more sophisticated, but this is where we are in the market right now – much to my dismay.

Lost Vape has done an excellent job of making them look unique.

Two-thirds of the body is a colored plastic that blends in with the mouthpiece. It has these little tiny raised blocks that spell out ‘Lost Vape’ in a subtle manner. It gives the whole device a touch of grippiness that others often lack.

The other third is a clear plastic, which reveals the battery section. The battery has a colorful battery wrap around it, which sports the Orion Bar branding and the flavor profile on it. The wrap appears to be waves of liquid and is color-coded to match the rest of the device.

Beneath the battery section, you can see parts of the board, and then on one side, there is the small LED screen.

I’m so happy that disposables are now including screens. It’s awesome seeing juice remaining and battery % right on a disposable. And I think Lost Vape implements it in a clever way.

When you take a puff, it lights up with a number and a % symbol, with a small battery icon. This shows you your remaining battery.

Then after about 3-4 seconds, it will switch to a liquid icon, and the number will represent the remaining juice percentage.

Lost Vape Orion Bar 10000 Screen

It’s a good way to make use of the real estate of the screen, so the figures are still large and bold. However, I wish it stayed active for just a touch longer.

The Orion Bar 10000 is a bit chunkier than your average disposable but still manages a nice hand fit for on-the-go use.

The rounded edges make it ergonomic, and despite housing 20ml of juice and a 650mAh battery, it’s extremely lightweight.

The plastic body feels solid and durable, but I would’ve liked a bit more of a premium feel.

Fit and finish seem tight though, with no rattles or anything loose. So thumbs up for construction quality.

As expected, the fire button is nowhere to be seen – auto-draw all the way for disposables. Draw activation is smooth and consistent, but it does have minor hiccups – more on this later.

Down below, the USB-C charging port and airflow adjuster are easy to access.

Lost Vape Orion Bar 10000 USB Port & Airflow

The airflow adjustment is a sliding switch. When fully open, it can cater to a restrictive DL, and when fully closed, a tight MTL draw – more on this later.

The airflow switcher does a good job of staying in the position set.

Sadly, there’s no lanyard hook for those who wanna rock the Orion Bar around your neck.

Overall, I can’t complain about the build quality of the Orion Bar 1000. It’s styling entirely to my liking, but I appreciate its unique character. I do like how they have implemented the screen and adjustable airflow.

Now, let’s get to the good stuff and see what these flavor options are hitting like!

Flavors

Lost Vape Orion bar 10000 Kiwi Passion Fruit Guava

Kiwi Passion Fruit Guava

Kiwi Passion Fruit Guava greets you with a sweet and tropical medley, fusing zesty guava, tart passion fruit, and fuzzy kiwi. It’s a fruit blast of flavors that excites the taste buds with each hit. The blend could be a touch more balanced but still makes for an enjoyable sunny vape.

Lost Vape Orion bar 10000 Peach Mango Watermelon

Peach Mango Watermelon

Peach Mango Watermelon nails the tropics, blending ripe peach, creamy mango, and refreshing watermelon. No single fruit overshadows, allowing the flavors to mingle in harmony. The peach sweetness ties it together beautifully. Easily an all-day vape for fans of fruit cocktail flavors – one of my favorites of this collection.

Lost Vape Orion bar 10000 Raspberry Sour Apple

Raspberry Sour Apple

Raspberry Sour Apple combines sweet, jammy raspberry essence with mouth-puckering green apple acidity. It’s a playful mix of fruit flavors, though the candy-like raspberry overpowers the apple a bit much. I’d love the apple sourness dialed up to balance it out.

Lost Vape Orion bar 10000 Strawberry Summertime

Strawberry Summertime

Strawberry Summertime evokes sipping a cold glass of strawberry lemonade on a hot summer day. The candy-sweet strawberry mixes deliciously with zesty lemon and orange citrus. It’s a fruity sparkler of a vape. My only gripe is the weak strawberry presence – I’d love more of that berry goodness.

Lost Vape Orion bar 10000 Grape Burst

Grape Burst

Grape Burst provides an explosion of juicy sweet grapes on the inhale and syrupy grape goodness on the exhale. It’s like drinking Welch’s grape soda. Fans of uber-sugary grape candy will dig this, but it’s a bit too artificial and sweet for my taste.

Lost Vape Orion bar 10000 Lush Ice

Lush Ice

Lush Ice dials up the cold with an icy menthol chill infusing sweet watermelon essence. The watermelon candy flavor takes a backseat to let the intense menthol shine through. One for the winter months when you need that brain freeze effect.

Lost Vape Orion bar 10000 Blue Razz Ice

Blue Razz Ice

Blue Razz Ice nails the blue raspberry candy profile – delivering that familiar sweet, fizzy berry flavor. A blast of frosty menthol provides the “Ice” effect, cooling down the sugary raspberry. It’s a spot-on rendition of this popular flavor.

Lost Vape Orion bar 10000 Miami Mint

Miami Mint

Miami Mint delivers a chill wave of minty refreshment, like a mojito cocktail on a hot beach Day. The mint is prominent but with restrained sweetness to keep it feeling light. It’s a great choice for menthol lovers wanting to cool off.

Lost Vape Orion Bar 10000 Performance

Performance

After rocking the Orion Bar 10000 as my daily disposable for two weeks, I’m happy to report it delivers solid performance in the key areas.

However, there is some room for improvement.

The flavors consistently impress across the board. They avoid artificial tones and manage to capture that authentic fruit essence.

Peach Mango Watermelon is my personal ADV, nailing the tropical flavor blend. Raspberry Sour Apple is another delicious fruity blend. And Blue Razz Ice meets expectations for accuracy on that popular candy profile.

I really think Lost Vape has nailed good flavors in all their disposables that I’ve tested.

The Orion Bar 10000 produces the same fantastic flavor as both the OB5500 and 7500.

Lost Vape Orion Bar 10000

Vapor production and throat hit from the 50mg nic salts are ample. I never felt wanting for thicker clouds or more nic kick.

The 1.0Ω mesh coil does its job optimizing for flavor and lifespan, providing a consistent vape.

However, I did feel the flavor diminished somewhat in the last 20% of its capacity. That’s not something I noticed in previous Lost Vape disposables.

Maybe that extra capacity is a little too much for the coils to sustain.

Now the battery life, simply put, is marathon-like thanks to the big 650mAh capacity. Easily lasts over a day of frequent use, and charging is relatively speedy.

I think the 10,000 puff rating is a little optimistic.

I typically vape in the range of 1,000 puffs a day with a disposable. Most of these lasted me just over a week before they were depleted.

Lost Vape Orion Bar 10000

So you could say the range is closer to 7000-8000 puffs. Which is still impressive.

Also, these figures will vary depending on how long you typically inhale.

It’s also worth noting that for the majority of my time, I used the Orion Bar 10000 in a medium/loose MTL airflow setting.

While this is my preferred airflow setting with disposables, I was also limited to it because of the auto-draw trigger.

When you have the airflow fully open for a restrictive DL, there’s not enough airflow to activate the auto-draw consistently – which is disappointing.

I had to really inhale hard to get it to fire, and with 5% nicotine, I didn’t want to take massive lung-filling puffs.

Setting the airflow to a quarter or half open is best; the auto-draw works flawlessly in these configurations.

Lost Vape Orion Bar 10000

The readings on the LED screen seemed pretty accurate to me. The liquid capacity gauge matched the lifespan of the disposable and decreased in 1% increments.

The battery gauge did have a few minor hiccups, where I felt it stayed on a particular percentage for a little too long. But it’s still an excellent guide.

It’s also worth noting there’s no pass-through with the Orion Bar. So when you have it charging, it can’t be used.

At the end of the day, the Orion Bar may fall a little short of the advertised puff count, and the airflow isn’t great for DL vaping. However, the spot-on flavors and impressive battery life more than make up for it.

Verdict

After taking the Lost Vape Orion Bar 10000 for an extensive test run, I’m digging this new high-capacity disposable.

It nails the core performance metrics like flavor, battery life, and draw activation (but not all the time).

The flavors really impress with their authentic fruit profiles rather than artificial candy tones.

While the styling and plastic build leave room for improvement, it feels solid enough for disposable use.

The included LED screen works well and is an excellent addition.

My main gripe is the DL airflow and the auto-draw trigger. You’ll probably get too frustrated if you’re buying one solely to use as a DL disposable.

Also, the flavor dropping off noticeably in the last 20% instead of a more gradual decline was a little disappointing.

However, as an MTL disposable it delivers well, with fantastic flavor and impressive longevity.

If you’re looking for a high-capacity disposable for MTL vaping and you love fruit flavors, then it’s a great choice.

OUR VIBE

The Orion Bar 10000 is an excellent high-capacity disposable. It falls a little short of the advertised puff count, and even though it has adjustable airflow, the auto-draw is not great for restrictive DL vaping. But it does deliver tremendous flavor, and the flavor profiles are extremely accurate. The LED screen is also precise and well-implemented.
