Augvape Narada Pro | Preview

The Augvape Narada Pro is an upgraded version of the Narada Kit released last year.

So what new features put the ‘Pro’ in Augvape Narada Pro?

The first significant change is the addition of a screen, along with being a variable wattage device with an output of 5-30W.

The screen can display your resistance, wattage, and battery level. However, it’s not positioned in the typical place for an AIO. Augvape has chosen to put it on the top front of the device.

They have also gone a different route with the +/- adjustment buttons and used a rotating dial (much like their V200 mod). The button dial also acts as the fire button for the device.

The Narada Pro comes with both variable voltage and temperature control, along with being firmware upgradeable.

Augvape has incorporated a USB-C port for both charging the internal battery, which has a 950mAh capacity. It, therefore, has 2A charging and Augvape state that it can charge from flat to 80% power in 25 minutes.

The pods for the Narada Pro have a 3.7ml capacity (2ml in TPD regulated areas). As with the original, they utilize removable coils.

The kit comes with both a 1-ohm MTL and 0.4-ohm DTL mesh coil. There is also an RBA option for the Narada Pro, which comes with its own pod base, which you can connect to the device and test or dry burn your coil.

There is a sliding switch on the side of the pod to adjust airflow, which looks like it can be closed right off, so you should be able to achieve a tight MTL.

The Augvape Narada comes in 3 colors: Black Carbon Fibre, Black Leather and Wood.

There are some design choices Augvape has made with the Narada Pro that really standout.

Incorporating a dial style fire and adjustment button is not only original for an AIO, but it helps keep the device compact and clean looking.

Also, including a screen on the top of the device without ruining the overall aesthetic is another excellent move.

They have even been smart with regards to the RBA section and connecting base, so you only need the one device to test and build.

Sadly the one thing that doesn’t quite stack up to the ‘Pro’ name is the 950mAh battery capacity. Although there is quick charging, it is a bit on the small side compared to some of its competitors.

As for the coils, airflow, and overall vape experience, we’ll have to wait to get our hands on one and give it the full test.
