The Lost Vape Orion Mini is the newest entry to the popular Orion range.
The original Orion with its DNA chipset really shook things up in the pod system market. Since then, we’ve seen the Orion Q and Q-Ultra.
So what does the Orion Mini offer the Orion line-up?
As you can tell from the name, the Orion Mini is a stripped-down simplified Orion device.
One of the omissions of the Orion Mini is that there is no display screen. Instead, it uses a simple LED indicator to show the device’s status.
However, it is still an 8-18W device. Although there is no mention at this stage whether it is manually adjustable wattage, it’s clear that it will be able to adjust the power depending on the coil resistance.
The Orion Mini has an in-built 800mAh battery and can be charged via USB-C, with a 1 hour charge time.
The Mini also features an adjustable airflow control on the pod, allowing an MTL to a restricted DTL vape.
The pod has a side fill port and can hold 3ml of juice (2ml TPD), but the drip tip is not removable.
It will utilize the UB Mini-series coils and comes with both a 0.8Ω and 1.0Ω mesh coil in the kit.
The Lost Vape Orion Mini is available in 9 colors: Black Carbon Fibre, Silver Carbon Fibre, Gunmetal Carbon Fibre, Silver Black, Phantom Purple, Black Blue, Yellow Pine Wood, Claret Red Wood, and Black Brown Wood.

Ever since the original Orion hit the shelves, I’ve been a big fan of the styling and design of the Orions.
However, when it came to performance, I always thought they were a bit lacking, especially when it came to an MTL draw.
Nowadays, there are so many excellent pod systems on the market, so the Orion Mini really needs to deliver where it counts – performance.
Thankfully the UB Mini-series mesh coils deliver an excellent vape, and now the improved fully adjustable airflow should mean that the Orion can finally provide a tight flavorful MTL draw.
Hopefully, we will get our hands on one and run it through its paces to see how it stacks up with the ever-growing competition.
