The Vaporesso XROS 3 Mini Pod Kit (try saying that fast three times!) follows in the footsteps of its siblings by focusing on MTL (Mouth-to-Lung) vaping. Unlike its big sister the XROS 3, the Mini does not have a firing button.
Standing at just 99.2mm and weighing just 41g, Vaporesso’s XROS 3 Mini Pod Kit offers a conspicuous vape experience. Take a vape hit in a crowd, at work, or at a function. This kit slips from hand to pocket without a glance. Despite being mini, XROS 3 Mini features an impressive 1000mAh internal battery.
XROS 3 Mini comes with an 0.6-ohm mesh sealed pod. It can accommodate MTL and RDL (Restricted Direct-to-Lung) vape hits. If you want to venture away from the pod included in the kit, you can use any of the other pods in the XROS range. Freebase nicotine, salt nicotine, 50:50, and high VG e-liquids are all on the table.
The shining star of this pod system is the COREX Heating System. COREX technology works in conjunction with Morph-Mesh structured coils and COREX cotton to guarantee ‘rapid and even heating’. Vaporesso claims that this nifty bit of tech improves the Vaporization Efficiency Ratio by 50%, which increases the lifespan of the pod considerably!

It’s nice to see a pod system that has a hefty battery capacity. 1000mAh is definitely on the higher end for pod devices, and the Type-C port should significantly reduce charge times.
I love the fact that XROS 3 Mini is compatible with all the pods in the XROS range. This design choice has opened the doors to a new swathe of customers. And with the anti-leak technology, there is bound to be a market for this super functional, versatile kit. The pods are also refillable, which is another win in my book.
Unlike the XROS 3, the Mini does not come with Pulse Mode. Pulse Mode guarantees steady bursts of power every 0.2 seconds, which creates bigger clouds and better flavor. If you’re in the market for dense clouds, you probably won’t be looking at mini devices to begin with. The in-built COREX Heating System more than makes up for the loss of Pulse Mode. I can’t wait to see if this ambitious feature lives up to its claims!
