What is it?
The Geekvape Aegis 1FC and Aegis One Kits are the newest devices in the Aegis range that are vape pen/pod hybrids.
The Aegis name has been around for quite a while with some popular devices like the Aegis Pod, Aegis Nano, and Aegis Boost.
So there are two different kits here that have similar features except for one thing: the charging capability.
The Aegis ONE is a regular charging device, while the Aegis 1FC is the fast charge version (as you could probably tell by the name).
The 1FC has a built-in 550mAh battery which utilizes Geekvape’s USB PD Adaptor (not included in the kit) to allow it to fully charge in an astonishing 15 minutes. It can also be charged with a 2A USB Type C charger for fast speeds that just won’t be as fast.
The Aegis ONE has a slightly larger internal battery at 750mAh, but it only supports a 1A charge rate.
Both of the Aegis pods feature 3 different power levels 3.5V, 3.3V, and 3.1V. There are color LED indicators on the device to show which power level is selected. The Aegis ONe has a single LED, while the 1FC has 3 LEDs.
The devices can be fired either through the designated fire button on the side or with auto-draw. The fire button is multi-use and can also be used to set the power levels.
Both Aegis devices come with a 2ml capacity pod, which is refillable and features a top-fill mechanism.
There are two coils options included in the kit – a 0.8ohm and a 1.2ohm coil.
As with most of the Aegis line, these devices are made to be robust. Geekvape mentions they are built with Zinc Alloy, but there’s no current information on any IP rating.
The Aegis ONE and Aegis 1FC are available in 5 colors: Black, Silver, Gunmetal, Blue, and Rainbow.

Geekvape has really been getting into its groove recently with releasing new Aegis devices practically every month.
These two new pods are no huge surprise, as they follow the path of other recent Aegis kits – one standard charging and one super-fast charging version.
While there’s nothing groundbreaking about either of them, I do think they look pretty stylish.
I’m sure the coils will perform just as well as other Geekvape coils, and it’s great to see they have adjustable power levels.
If you are in the market for a very compact vape pen or pod, then these look like they could be a good choice.
